Why We Created It

Navigating a new era of finance recruiting.

We started IB Technical Prep after helping our younger siblings navigate investment banking recruiting. Having been a few years removed from the process, we were surprised by how much the level of competition had increased. Students who are not “in the know” are often left without clear direction.

After refining interview materials over the past two years, we decided to bring everything together into one place and offer a more effective way to prepare for today’s recruiting environment.
